Depeg Arbitrage

Depeg arbitrage is a type of yield arbitrage that involves buying a yield-bearing derivative asset (like a staked token) at a discount compared to its underlying asset, unstaking it to obtain the underlying asset, and then selling the underlying asset at a higher price. Assets that would be monitored for a depeg unclude SOL LSTs (mSOL, jitoSOL, bSOL, etc) and USDC.
